zzz – Outer Banks Yoga Vacation and Teacher Training

costa_rica_training

Join us in the Outer Banks for 10 days of sunshine.

You’re invited to join the Yoga District family in Corolla, North Carolina for 10 days of sunshine, August 17-27. Corolla is a small-town beach community renowned for its expansive Atlantic beaches, minimal development, and wide array of nearby amenities. Our unique yoga vacation is an opportunity to revitalize at an oceanfront, private beach home and optionally earn (for additional tuition) your 200-hour yoga instructor certification through an immersion-style teacher training onsite.

As you dive into the yoga getaway or the 200-hour yoga teacher training, you’ll help form a supportive community with other participants and you’ll all enjoy the beautiful oceanfront property as a place to call home. Leave behind your to-do lists to enjoy oceanfront accommodations, daily yoga classes, and delicious vegan meals as you kick back your heels. Enjoy access to a private outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Delve deeper into your practice through an intensive teacher training schedule as a trainee, or alternatively, enjoy the beaches, yoga and downtime with this like-minded community as a vacationer.

If you choose to sign up for the 200-hour teacher training as part of your getaway, you’ll enjoy transformative yoga and meditation teachings with Jasmine Chehrazi, Yoga District’s founder, Yoga Service Council advisory board member, and lead yoga teacher trainer of George Washington University. The Yoga District 200 hour teacher training is known for the diversity of teaching styles presented and adaptive, trauma-sensitive practices offered.  Attended by dedicated students of yoga at all levels of practice, stages of life, and countries around the world, this training offers an intensive curriculum embracing a holistic approach to yoga teachings, philosophy, and lifestyle. To learn more about our teacher trainings, see our yoga teacher training page.
